5.  Dragon’s Prophet

About:
Dragon’s Prophet is a Free to Play 3D fantasy MMORPG developed by Runewaker Entertainment (creators of Runes of Magic). In Dragon’s Prophet players are tasked with taming over 300 different dragons each with their own unique skills and abilities. Once tamed, players will need to train and ride these dragons into battle. Depending on the dragon chosen a player’s role changes as well.

Overview:
Dragon's Prophet is a nice change from most of the MMO's out there. It has action gameplay which makes gameplay "supposedly" have a lot more strategy, though this is a great idea it just comes down to button mashing and the game becomes a bit repetitive. Although combat can be a bit repetitive, the game makes up for it in other areas, such as you can by a plot of land and build your own village or fortress you can even ask people to come join your village or castle. You can siege other peoples villages and forts and have faction/guild wars. The game also "as the title implies" has dragon's. (big surprise there...) You can train and capture your own dragon's this is a very intriguing feature that has a lot of promise.

                             4. Age of Wushu (Wulin)

About:
Age of Wulin, also known as Age of Wushu in North America is a new free to play fantasy 3D martial arts MMORPG with some unique features. Set in the Ming Dynasty (Jianghu) during the Chinese Feudal Empire. Players train in the martial art schools located in historical settings. Age of Wushu allow players to play without the restriant of classes and levels, for a traditional Wuxia experience. Become a master of magic and specialized martial arts.

Overview:
Age of Wushu is a bit of a unique MMO in that the combat is unique as warriors jump, slash, and dual. It is visually attractive and has beautiful architecture. This MMO focused mostly on interacting with other players rather then constant combat grinding, the game is almost like the Sims only with ancient Asian combat. You can do almost anything, though it only makes number 4 on the list for its generic and repetitive combat.

                                   3. Neverwinter

About:
Neverwinter is an action MMORPG based on the acclaimed Dungeons and Dragons universe. In Neverwinter you take on the role as a mighty hero who must set out to protect the lands of Neverwinter from those who conspire to see it destroyed. Fight through creepy monasteries, search in the bowels of the earth for dwarven treasure, or investigate a mysterious castle. Choose from 6 different races each with their own unique racial traits and lore filled backgrounds.

Overview:
Beautiful graphics, fluid gameplay, and intense raiding and boss battles, Neverwinter is a solid game. It has stunning graphics, the amount of detail put into the game is mesmerizing. You may be asking how is the gameplay? Well, I know your thinking "Oh great another boring generic MMO" when actually Neverwinter is action based so you actually have to aim your spells making combat a lot harder, and more fun. One of Neverwinters strong suits is raiding, the amount of team work, and classes involved makes it one of the best things to do! I would recommend this fantastic MMO to anyone.

                                       2. Vindictus

About:
Vindictus is an action packed free 3D MMORPG game developed by devCAT and published by Nexon. It is known as Mabinogi Heroes outside of North America and Europe, since it is a prequel to the MMORPG Mabinogi. This free MMORPG is powered by the Source Engine, offering some of the best graphics ever seen in a free-to-play game and deep interaction with the game world. The walls will crumble and entire buildings fall down with the power of your actions. It adds an unexpected element to combat, which is extremely visceral and satisfying, with blood spurting from enemies right from the spot where your blades sliced.

Overview:
Vindictus does not focus on a giant world to run around on but focuses on completing levels/missions as a team. There are different roles for each player and the action combat is fast paced and bloody. Not to mention the game is extremely beautiful! Vindictus has some of the nicest graphics for a free to play than what I usually see, and the amount of graphics settings makes the game playable on almost any machine and still look nice. It is incredibly fun and is a nice break from most MMORPG's and so it takes the number two spot on the list.

                                      1. Tera Rising

About:
TERA Rising is a free to play 3D action MMORPG based on a non-targeting system, where players will have direct control over their character’s combat. Unlike traditional MMORPGS which use auto-attacks and tab targeting, TERA allows a player to aim their spells and attacks manually. This allows for greater flexibility and much more dynamic combat.

Overview:
Well this may have been predictable that Tera takes the first spot, and you may have heard of it before, but that's because it is such a great Free-to-Play title. Intense Action combat, great team fights, stunning visuals, and great monsters Tera is everything a MMO should be. None of the other MMO's I've played have retained my attention like Tera, the classes, lore and races all draw you in and the world is simply massive. This is a must have game, you might even spend a few bucks on it. It is simply AMAZING!
